Synergy to Enhance Human Resources Through the 2026 CSR Program

A collaboration between the Bekasi Regency Manpower Office, the West Java Education Office Branch 3, the EJIP Industrial Estate, and FKHR EJIP held a “Synergy” event aimed at improving human resources through the 2026 CSR program on Wednesday (June 10) at the Bekasi Regency Vocational Training Center (BLK). 

In attendance at this event were the Head of the Bekasi Regency Manpower Office, Ms. Dra. Hj. Ida Farida, M.Si.; the Head of the Bekasi Regency Vocational Training Center (UPTD); a representative of the Head of the West Java Education Office Branch 3; a representative of PT. EJIP’s management; and the Chair of the EJIP HR Forum, Ms. Teti Yanuati, along with her staff. 

The event featured various skills training sessions, including:

1. Public Speaking
2. Interview Techniques
3. Barista Training.

The objectives of this event were:

1. To improve community skills
2. To prepare job seekers to be competitive in the workforce.
3. To help job seekers become independent entrepreneurs.
4. To build synergy between the government and companies.
