Grand Harvest of Shallot Commodities on Urban Farming Land

The Red Onion Commodity Harvest Event at Urban Farming Land Korem 051/WKT, Kodam Jaya, Wanajaya Village, Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency was attended by Acting (Pj.) West Java Governor Bey Machmudin, Indonesian Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman, Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General TNI Maruli Simanjuntak.

The Bekasi Regency Government provides support for the National Food Security program from the Indonesian Army (AD) in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture. The West Java Regional Government also supports and looks for ways to increase shallot production and productivity. This is because shallot production is part of the main concern of the central and regional governments and one of the efforts to control inflation.

Acting The Governor of West Java, Bey, expressed his desire for food production such as onions and rice to be more massive and spread throughout Indonesia to reduce inflation.
