Run Down Kegiatan dan Hadiah

Seluruh peserta yang berhasil menyelesaikan rute 5K akan mendapatkan medali.

 Registrasi Ulang & Kupon:

1. Di tanggal 22 Agustus 2026, mulai jam 06.00 WIB perwakilan perusahaan dapat melakukan registrasi ulang di meja registrasi (lokasi tertera pada layout).
2. Saat registrasi ulang, panitia akan memberikan nomor dada/bib peserta lari serta kupon.
3. Kupon dapat digunakan untuk mengambil snack, goodie bag, serta kesempatan mendapatkan doorprize. Harap untuk menjaga kupon agar tidak hilang/basah/robek.
4. Tukarkan kupon untuk kesempatan memenangkan doorprize! 

Kostum Terunik

1. Peserta EJIP FUN RUN memiliki kesempatan untuk memenangkan hadiah total Rp8.000.000!
2. Lomba Kostum Terunik tidak ditentukan tema khusus, tunjukkan kreativitasmu!
3. Lomba Kostum Terunik khusus untuk peserta lari.

Lokasi Parkir 

Area parkir depan Kantor EJIP akan ditutup mulai dari hari Kamis, 19 Agustus 2026 hingga hari Sabtu, 22 Agustus 2026. Bagi pengunjung EJIP Center yang menggunakan kendaraan roda empat, silakan parkir di sisi timur dan Selatan EJIP Center.

Detail area parkir kendaraan untuk kegiatan Perayaan HUT RI di tanggal 22 Agustus 2026, yaitu sebagai berikut:

1. Area Parkir Utama di depan PT Telkom Indonesia
2. Area parkir Kedua di PT Yanmar Indonesia.

Silakan mengikuti petunjuk dari petugas keamanan. Petugas akan membantu mengarahkan Lokasi parkir serta akan dipasangkan rambu-rambu/penanda Lokasi.

REGISTRATION PERIOD

We would like to announce the “Celebration of the 81st Indonesia Independence Day (Perayaan Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke-81)” at EJIP Industrial Park on August 2026.

This year, we are organizing a Fun Run. We will not be offering prizes for first to third place, and there will not be a 10K run option. However, we will be providing additional door prizes and increasing the participant quota to ensure that all participants have an opportunity to win something memorable.

Registration steps:

1. Print the registration form and send it to the EJIP office.
2. Register the names of the runners on the EJIP website through this link: Direct to EJIP Website (Login needed).
3. Login account on “Tenant Login”
4. On “Event” section, select > “Independence Day” > Running Competition
5. The page should look like the picture above.
6. Click “Registration” and fill in runner’s name with FORMAT as below:

            (P/L) – Participant Full Name
            Example: “P – DINDA”
            P: Perempuan (Women)
            L: Laki-Laki (Men)

7. Finish.
